An Overview of the Candidate Placement Process Resumes Candidates who send us resumes can expect to be treated with the highest degree of professionalism. Resumes are not
submitted to a potential employer without the candidate’s authorization. We treat candidates
the way we want to be treated. When we receive your resume, we review it carefully. If we feel that your resume can present you in a more favorable light, we suggest changes. (Most
of the time, it is a matter of rearranging and emphasizing what is already on your resume). If there is a possible fit with
the position you are seeking, a recruiter will contact you for an in-dept interview to discuss your qualifications and experience
for the position as well as the job description and potential employer. All submissions are treated in a confidential
manner. After the interview and your own due diligence, if you agree, we will submit your resume to
the client employer for consideration.
