Seeing what is out there

You may be currently employed and not giving serious consideration to making a move at this time. That is fine.  We hope you are happy in your career.  However, you may want to keep an eye out for opportunities just in case things change or an even better opportunity comes along.

Please feel free to email your resume to us and let us know what type of position you are seeking.  The more details you give the better.  We will maintain your resume in our computer database. We will advise you of suitable opportunities as they become available.

Your resume will be held in confidence and will not be submitted without your express authorization.

An Overview of the Candidate Placement Process

Resumes

Candidates who send us resumes can expect to be treated with the highest degree of professionalism. Resumes are not submitted to a potential employer without the candidate’s authorization. We treat candidates the way we want to be treated.
  •  When we receive your resume, we review it carefully.
  • If we feel that your resume can present you in a more favorable light, we suggest changes.  (Most of the time, it is a matter of rearranging and emphasizing what is already on your resume).
  • If there is a possible fit with the position you are seeking, a recruiter will contact you for an in-dept interview to discuss your qualifications and experience for the position as well as the job description and potential employer.
  • All submissions are treated in a confidential manner.
  • After the interview and your own due diligence, if you agree, we will submit your resume to the client employer for consideration.
  •

    Interview
    • After your resume is submitted to an employer and the employer requests an interview, we will work with you to make the interview as successful as possible.

    • After the interview(s) we determine the employer’s feedback and keep you informed of your candidacy as the selection process moves forward.

    Offer

If you are selected for the position and an offer is extended, we will advise you of such and work with you in your decision process.

If you accept the offer, we will assist you in facilitating a smooth transition into your new position.
